In the grey sprawl of Tokyo, a group of young men descends into moral abyss when an abducted girl becomes an object of sadistic ritual. Imprisoned and dehumanised, she embodies the void at the heart of their casual cruelty. Based on a real-world atrocity that shattered Japanese society, Concrete strips away spectacle to expose how collective indifference normalises the unspeakable. The film renders evil mundane—a challenge to the viewer's complicity itself.
