Never pick up strangers.

A young couple picks up a courteous hitchhiker on a desolate stretch of highway. Their good deed unravels into terror when the stranger reveals himself as a methodical killer who treats their flight for survival as an elaborate game. Hunted relentlessly, they must outrun a predator for whom mercy is a foreign concept.
