Interview with the Vampire

Drink from me and live forever.

A vampire haunted by centuries of immortality recounts his dark existence to a mesmerized journalist. Caught between the seductive cruelty of his maker Lestat and an impossible bond with young Claudia, Louis grapples with the terrible beauty and isolation of eternal life. Neil Jordan's sumptuous adaptation weaves baroque atmosphere with intimate psychological torment, as the interview itself becomes a descent into the vampire's fractured soul.
