A family's fragile equilibrium fractures when one member undergoes a terrifying, unexplained transformation. As the metamorphosis accelerates, kinship bonds corrode beneath mounting dread and denial. Director Kim Hong-sun constructs a suffocating atmosphere where bodily horror and psychological unraveling become inseparable. The film examines how the grotesque intrudes upon domestic sanctuary, transforming love into complicity and protection into horror.
