Madrid, 1991. Verónica, a defiant teenage girl, conducts a séance with friends in the basement of her Catholic school using a Ouija board. The ritual goes catastrophically wrong. A malevolent presence has answered—and refuses to leave. What begins as supernatural curiosity spirals into genuine terror as Verónica becomes plagued by escalating, inexplicable phenomena. Trapped between rationality and dread, she must confront a haunting she cannot escape.
