Fear thy neighbor.

A military bioweapon escapes confinement and infects a rural Iowa town, transforming its inhabitants into violent, unpredictable killers. As the infected multiply, a pregnant woman and her sheriff husband fight to escape both the infected masses and a ruthless quarantine operation determined to eliminate all witnesses. Trapped between biological horror and governmental brutality, they navigate a landscape of paranoia and disintegration.
