Nancy finds herself in a psychiatric hospital alongside other teenagers haunted by the same recurring nightmare: Freddy Krueger. By pooling their strength and harnessing the collective power of their shared dreams, the young patients discover they possess extraordinary abilities within the nightmare realm. As the boundary between waking and sleeping blurs, they must confront their spectral killer and reclaim dominion over their own minds before Freddy consumes them entirely.
